At GATKI, we pour our heart into creating skincare products we genuinely believe you'll love. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and we appreciate you taking the time to understand our policy regarding returns.
Due to the personal nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we are currently unable to accept returns or exchanges on items once they have been purchased. Once a product has left our care and potentially been used, it cannot be resold.
We sincerely hope you understand this necessary policy which helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our products for all our customers. We are at baby stage for now , and your understanding and support mean the world to us.
